Incomplete Orders
Incompleted Orders shows any checkout that a customer started but did not finish.
When a user enters the checkout form and provides details but leaves before completing payment, the system records the attempt as an uncompleted order.
This allows you to:
- Review customers who abandoned the checkout process
- Identify where customers may be dropping off
- Follow up if needed (depending on your workflow and settings)
You can access Uncompleted Orders through the Cart section in the admin area.
Cart > Orders > Incomplete Orders
