On Chrome press Crtl+Shift+Del to access the panel below or
go to the top right of the screen where you can find 3 vertical dots
click on it and go to Delete browsing data
Try deleting the Cached images and Files first, and then if this doesn't fix the issue, select both Cookies and other data + Cached images and files
