PAMS - Turn on/off Archived persons showing in Approval Drop Lists

This feature allows each portal to turn on/off archived persons from the Admin -> Orders - Approved by List

To find it, go into a Group Portal - > Settings Tab -> Orders Tab

If ticked, it will hide the Archived Person from the list.
